Hi! I’m BRYCE ANDREWS

I'm the CEO and owner of BDA Properties. As a Florida native and a real estate professional, I am a seasoned traveler from California to Florida. I recognize and value the trust that my clients place in me and strive every day to exceed their expectations. Most important to me is providing the latest in real estate innovation to help you sell or buy your home. My goal is to bring my years of customer experience and a commitment to work hard, listen and follow through so I provide quality service to build relationships with my clients. More importantly, I look forward to maintaining those relationships by communicating effectively like a leading top producer with a goal to consistently rank in the top 1% nationally.

Prior to entering real estate, as a marketing associate, I learned the latest techniques in real estate marketing from an advanced marketing tech company. I coordinated marketing and administrative services globally. I've been consistently the leading producer in that area. These experiences instilled in me the discipline it takes to build the most resourceful team to help others.

Outside of real estate, I take pride in dedicating time and giving back to the community and serve high-risk, disadvantaged youth to become successful adults through sports and leadership. I support various ministries and non-profits which impact local communities I find important.

In his free time, Bryce loves to play sports, travel the world, and spend time with family and friends.
